Charlotte is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. Getting around Charlotte is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across North Carolina's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Iβve been a loyal Kung Fu Tea customer since before the South Blvd location even opened, but Iβve consistently experienced issues with this storeβs hours and product availability. The app should not allow customers to place orders or pay (including tips) for items that are out of stock or when the store is closed. This isnβt a one-off occasion β itβs unfortunately become the norm for this location. There have been multiple timesβat least fiveβwhen I placed and paid for an order only to find the location closed or missing key ingredients like milk cap or boba. I truly love my usual order, but after todayβs experience, I can no longer justify spending my money here.

Kung fu tea is the best bubble tea franchise in America. They have all different types, from milk, to fruit, to basically icees (or slurpees). They also have about 15 different kinds of "toppings", from tapioca to aloe, to jelly, to popping bubbles. Some also have food. I recommend it

Shakira... was who waited on us? And she was very helpful with everything she helped us with our boba teas, a very nice girl, showed us a lot of little places in the city that were good to visit while we were in town. Thanks again for your recommendations. We did everything you said and it was cool. This place is good for boba tea lots of selection, very good location next door as well

Our first time trying boba/bubble tea and Kung Fu Tea did not disappoint. I asked for a couple of βchild friendlyβ options, so we ended up ordering the Oreo Wow and Cocoa Cream Wow, both of which were delicious treats. The place is clean and still looked fairly new. Great visit, weβll be back and look forward to trying some of the other flavors!

I came here because of the T-Mobile Tuesday reward they offered from last week $2 off and I had to try it for a number of reasons of course because of the great reviews, I love boba tea and itβs right down the street from my job. I sat up an account to use the discount and to start earning points. The decor was very cute on the inside and the staff was very nice, explaining how to use the app and all of their drinks. I went with the winter melon tea 50% sweet and regular ice (I shouldβve went lite on the ice you get more tea) with popping mango and my husband got oolong hot tea 20% sweet. I was very impressed with the taste of both of them not like most teas you get it had a freshness to them. I will get one of slushes next time thatβs what everyone else got. Iβll be back soon.
